Integrating RentSmart with ManageCasa

Overview

ManageCasa partners with RentSmart to help property managers and owners find and qualify tenants efficiently.

Through this integration, RentSmart enhances your leasing process by:

• Maximizing listing reach across major platforms to attract qualified leads.
• Simplifying showing coordination with automated scheduling and communication tools.
• Using AI‑validated screening to verify documentation and match prospects to your leasing criteria.
• Connecting the entire leasing workflow — from listings to screenings — into one streamlined, automated process.

ManageCasa’s partnership with RentSmart Syndication amplifies property visibility by automatically pushing listings to leading rental platforms while keeping data accurate and centralized. With simplified workflows and expanded reach across sites like Apartments.com, Zillow Group, and Zumper, etc. property managers can attract more leads quickly and efficiently.

Important Note: This feature is currently available only in the United States.
 

How to Integrate RentSmart

1. Log in with your ManageCasa account.
2. Navigate to the Property Units section in ManageCasa.
3. From the top banner, select List with RentSmart.

• If you accidentally close the banner, you can still access it by clicking the question mark icon in the upper‑right corner. 

4. Enter the required details as prompted.

5. Sync Properties
   • After integration, all properties in your ManageCasa account will sync to RentSmart.
   • If you already have a RentSmart account, your existing RentSmart properties will also sync back into ManageCasa.

Syncing Users in ManageCasa

• All Admins, Users (Settings → Accounts Users), and Rental Managers from your ManageCasa account are automatically imported into RentSmart.
• To view or manage users in RentSmart:
  1. From the left menu in RentSmart, click Organization.
  2. Select Users.
  3. From here, you can adjust user access levels:
     • Viewer – Read‑only access.
     • Editor – Full editing permissions.
