Overview
ManageCasa works seamlessly with RentSmart, making it easy to list and manage your rental properties in one place. This guide shows you how to access listings, activate properties, and edit details to keep your rental information accurate and up to date.
Accessing Listings
- Log in with your ManageCasa account.
- From the left menu and click Property Units.
- From the top banner, select List with RentSmart. You will be redirected to the RentSmart website.
- If you accidentally close the banner, you can still access it by clicking the question mark icon in the upper‑right corner.
- In your RentSmart account, click Listings.
- All properties synced from ManageCasa will be displayed, along with their status (Active/Inactive) and other details.
Activating a Property for Listing
- In your RentSmart account, go to Listings.
- Select the property you want to activate.
- Click Activate Property.
- Enter the required details to complete activation.
Editing Property Listing Details
- In your RentSmart account, go to Listings.
- Click Edit on the property you want to update.
- You can edit the Rent Amount and Security Deposit.
- Note: If the property is synced from ManageCasa, details such as address, bedroom and bathroom count, property type, and property size must be updated directly in ManageCasa.
- Once finished, click Save Changes.
