The Custom Emails feature allows you to fully personalize the system-generated emails sent to your contacts. Whether you're communicating with owners, tenants, vendors, or board members, this tool ensures your messaging matches your organization’s tone, branding, and workflow.
With over 100+ customizable email notifications, you can modify templates for contact invitations, invoices, leases, maintenance updates, payments, reminders, and much more.
How to Customize Emails
- From the left menu, go to More Features → Emails.
- Use the search bar to find the email template you want to customize.
- You can enable or disable the email template by toggling it on or off.
- Click the three dots (...) next to the template to Preview or Edit to make changes to the template.
- Save your changes. Your customized version will now replace the system default for that email.

Can I create new email templates from scratch?
No. You can customize all existing system templates, but currently, new email types can’t be created manually. -
Why does it say “Verify Your Company” when I try to access Custom Emails?
This message appears when your account has not yet completed the verification process. Verification is required as a security and spam-prevention measure before you can customize system-generated emails.- For U.S. accounts, you can complete verification directly through the popup or by navigating to Settings → Account Verification.
- If you are outside the U.S., please email support@managecasa.com and our team will review and verify your account manually.
