The Calendar feature helps you organize and track events across your associations, properties, and tenants. You can create one-time or recurring events, invite participants, and optionally display events on your ManageCasa-hosted website. This makes it easy to keep everyone informed and maintain an organized schedule.
Accessing the Page
- From the left menu, click Calendar
Calendar Views
When you first open the calendar, you’ll see the month view. You can switch between different views depending on your needs:
- Month view - See all events in the month.
- Week view - View events week by week.
- Day view - Focus on a single day’s schedule.
You can also customize your default display by clicking the Gear Icon :
- Set start and end times to focus on your working hours (e.g., 9 AM – 8 PM).
- Choose to show or hide weekends in week view.
- NOTE: These settings only affect the default view and don’t restrict creating events outside these times.
Adding an Event
- Click Add Event.
- Enter a title for the event.
- (Optional) To display the event on your ManageCasa-hosted website (for Customer Marketing Website users), check “Make Public”.
- Use the date picker to select a date and set the time, or mark it as an all-day event.
- To create a recurring event, select the repeat frequency (daily, weekly, etc.), and set an end date, a number of occurrences, or mark it as indefinite (we generate recurring events up to 2 years by default).
- Choose a color to categorize events visually and add a description.
- Sharing the event:
- Association - share to all members of an association (read-only view).
- Property - share everyone associated with a specific property (read-only view).
- Contacts - share and invite specific people. Registered users will get an email notification and can accept or decline the invite after logging in.
- Click Save. The event will appear on your calendar and on the calendars of all participants you shared it with.

- For recurring events, you can choose to update only the selected event or the selected and future events.
