ManageCasa makes it easy to keep track of all your invoices in one place. Whether it’s your subscription charges or ePayment processing fees, you can view, review, and download them anytime directly from your account.
When you’re subscribed to ManageCasa, invoices are automatically sent to your email. You can also access the same invoices within the platform for a more detailed view.
Accessing your invoices
To find your invoices:
- Go to Settings from your avatar on the top-right corner
- Scroll down to the Finances section
- Click on Invoices
This will take you to a list of all invoices generated since the start of your subscription. Each row includes details like the invoice date, invoice number, subscription type, and total amount. This includes both your subscription invoices and any ePayment processing fee invoices.
Viewing and downloading your invoices
All invoices in the list are clickable. When you open one, you’ll see a full breakdown of the charges included.
At the top of the invoice, you’ll find general details such as the ManageCasa billing information, invoice number, invoice date, and payment status. Below that, the itemized section shows the product or service, description, quantity, and amount.
If the invoice is related to ePayments, you may also see a link to view the list of transactions included in that charge, which helps you understand exactly what the processing fees are for.
If you need a copy for your records, you can download the invoice as a PDF by clicking the Download Invoice button at the top of the page.
