Enable 30-Day Re-Invite Feature in Account Settings

The Auto Resend Invites every 30 days feature automatically resends email invitations to users who have not yet registered their ManageCasa account.

Once enabled:

• ManageCasa will automatically resend the invitation every 30 days, based on the date the initial invitation was sent.
• The system will continue sending the invitation every 30 days as long as the user has not registered.
• Once the user registers their ManageCasa account, the system will stop sending additional invitations.

This feature is especially helpful for keeping unregistered users reminded about their ManageCasa account without requiring an administrator to manually resend invitations.

Before You Start

Before enabling this feature:

• Make sure you have Admin access to the ManageCasa account.
• Confirm that the users you want to invite have a valid email address.
• Review your account's communication preferences and make sure automatic invitation reminders are appropriate for your users.

Steps

1. Log in to your ManageCasa account.
2. Click Settings in the upper-right corner.
   • Depending on your account, this may appear as your initials or profile picture.
3. Click Account Settings.
4. Locate Auto Resend Invites every 30 days.
5. Click the toggle button to turn the feature on.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update to save your changes.

Once enabled, ManageCasa will automatically resend invitations to users who have not yet registered.

Important Notes

• This feature is helpful for following up with users who have not yet registered their ManageCasa accounts.
• The system will resend an invitation 30 days after the initial invitation was sent, and will continue to resend it every 30 days until the user registers.
• Once a user registers, ManageCasa will stop sending additional automatic invitations to that user.
• You can also use the Communication features in ManageCasa to send additional reminders or instructions to users about registering their accounts.
