Subscription Page Overview

The Subscriptions page allows you to view and manage your ManageCasa subscription directly from your account. You can review your current plan, subscription details, account capacity, usage, and available features. You can also request an upgrade or contact our Sales team for assistance with additional features.
 

Access Your Subscription

1. From the Dashboard, click your avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Under Accounts, select Subscriptions.

From this page, you can manage your subscription and view your current plan details without needing to contact your Account Executive.

Plan Overview

The Plan Overview section provides key details about your subscription, including:

• Status
• Renewal Date
• Account Number
• Account Creation Date
• Next Payment

• Monthly Overage, if applicable.

   

Account Capacity

Scroll down to the Account Capacity section to view your available seats and account limits.

Depending on your subscription plan, this section shows your included capacity and current usage.

Metered Usage

At the bottom of the page, you'll find the Metered Usage section.

This section shows your account's included monthly allowance and any usage beyond that allowance. Additional usage can be purchased as needed.

Upgrade Your Subscription

You can easily request a subscription upgrade directly from the Subscriptions page.

1. Click Upgrade Plan, or select Upgrade from the Plan Overview section.
2. Review the available options.
3. Connect with our Sales team for assistance with modifying your subscription.
