The Activity Timeline is your built-in audit log in ManageCasa, providing a complete record of actions, changes, and communications to ensure transparency and accountability.
Accessing the Timeline
- From the left menu bar, click Activity Timeline
What It Tracks & Log Details
The Activity Timeline serves as a complete audit trail, capturing key actions across the platform—from financial activity like payments, charges, and billing updates, to operational changes such as maintenance, leases, and profile updates. It also includes communications (messages and notifications) and file activity like uploads and deletions.
Each entry provides a clear snapshot of what occurred, including the timestamp, the user or system that initiated the action, and a brief description of the event. The timeline is strictly read-only and does not modify any data—it simply gives you full visibility into account activity.
Filtering & Search
Because the log can be extensive, you can easily narrow results using:
- Keyword search for quick lookups
- User filter to view actions by specific staff
- Advanced filters for event type or custom date ranges
