Overview
ManageCasa Save Results provides a quick and simple way to export your data into an Excel file. With just a few clicks, you can generate reports from contacts, properties, tasks, and more—making reporting and data sharing fast and efficient.
Steps to Use Save Results
- Navigate to a Module - Go to Property Units, Contacts, Tasks, or other modules in the left navigation menu.
- Use the Column Header Checkbox - Click the checkbox located in the column header.
- Select All Records - After clicking the header checkbox, choose Select All # of Data.
- Confirm Selection - Once records are selected, the Save Results button will appear, allowing you to proceed with exporting.
Important Note: If you apply filters before exporting, only the filtered records will be included in the Excel file.
Excel File Generation
- After processing, ManageCasa generates an Excel file containing all selected data.
- The file includes the details you need within that specific list, making it easy to review, analyze, and share.
Email Backup with Attachment
- Along with the download, you’ll also receive an email containing the same Excel file as an attachment.
- This ensures you have a backup copy and can access the file anytime, even outside of ManageCasa.
