Documenting charges or bills that you send to your tenants should be clear and concise. Whenever a new transaction is created in your Accounting, ManageCasa will automatically send out an invoice via email to the receiver:
You can also download a file copy of the invoice:
- Go to Accounting in the left menu
- Click on the Transactions tab
- Click on the transaction you would like to download the invoice for
- Click on the ellipses and select download
