Whether you charge management fees on a 'per property' basis or need to create a fee for a new lease, ManageCasa's property management terms feature captures all of the necessary information for you to stay up-to-date with your owners. Properly documenting your owner agreements, tracking your accounting data, and generating your owner statements are key to your business' success.
How to create a new owner agreement

Access Management Terms
- In the left navigation menu, click More Features, or select Management Terms directly.

Select Property Management Terms
- Choose Property → Property Management Terms.

Create a New PMT
- Click the blue Create PMT button.

Enter Agreement Details
- Fill out all required fields and add any additional information relevant to the owner agreement.
- Publish or Save Draft
At the bottom of the screen, click Publish PMT to finalize, or Save PMT as Draft if you need to complete it later.
