Getting Started Part 2: Verify your business and your identity

If you have not already completed the first part for our setup guide, check it out here. Setting up your account with your data and proper account settings will prepare your account for the next step: creating and verifying your business.

Now that you have your data ready, your business is going to represent your account for the users you add. Creating and verifying your business is going to enable your account to collect money and send out charges, and we want to ensure that the company information you submit for verification is clear. Your security and protection is important, and correctly entering your company information will guarantee that your account is properly set up when you go live.

We have a step-by-step guide to walk you through exactly what needs to be completed to verify your identity.

How to enter your business information for verification

1. Click on the gear icon in the left menu and select Settings
2. Click Account Verification
3. Click Create Company

Note: If you ever need to make edits to your company information, go to Settings → Account Information → Edit Company
