We hope everyone is enjoying their summer. We love summer as it gives us lots of opportunities to make improvements to our software. Our development team has been busy at improving a number of parts in our application. Keep looking in this space for all the latest updates and improvements.
With this release, we have standardized all our reporting results to have a more professional and standard look regardless of which way you save your report. The online version, PDF and Excel formats all look the same now. We have also cleaned up the fonts and spacing to address a number of suggestions from all of you.
We pushed out two new features for your contacts. As a Property Manager or Association Manager, you can now "Lock" a contact from making payments. There are many reasons why you might want to lock a contact from making payment. They may be selling their house and you need to pull the amount due from the escrow account, or maybe they are way past due and you're sending the user to collections. Regardless the reason, you can lock them. We also give you an easy way to unlock them when it's appropriate for your business. The second feature we released is the ability to archive a contact. When an owner or tenant moves out you can archive the contact. It doesn't delete them, but instead takes them out of the pick-lists across the system for current contacts.
Thanks for all the feedback and comments. We love hearing from our customers and it guides us as we continue to improve and add to our product.
