There are a few ways to update the status of your maintenance tickets — either by dragging and dropping the ticket plate to a different column or by using the options menu.
Here's how to do it without drag and drop:
✅ To Update the Status of a Single Ticket:
- Click the ⋯ (More Options) button on the ticket.
Select Change Status from the dropdown menu.
A pop-up window will appear — choose the appropriate status from the list.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
✅ To Update the Status of Multiple Tickets:
Click the checkbox next to each ticket you want to update.
- A menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Change Status.
- The Change Status window will appear — select the new status.
- Click Save to update all selected tickets.
