How to Edit or Update a Maintenance Ticket
- Navigate to the Maintenance section from the left-hand menu.
- Click on the Maintenance tab in the top menu.
- In the table of maintenance tickets, locate the ticket you want to edit.
- On the right side of the ticket row, click the “⋯” (More Options) menu, then select Edit.
- The ticket details will load.
- Click Edit Ticket to make changes to the original ticket.
- Click Update Ticket if the task has been completed and you're ready to close or update the status.
You can also update multiple tickets at once by using the check boxes for the tickets and the command buttons on the bottom right of the screen.
When using the Kanban view of the table, you may also drag and drop tickets into another column to change the status.
You can also clean up your list of tickets by archiving tickets that are no longer relevant. These tickets are not deleted and still accessible through the "Archive" tab.
The views for Violations and Architecture Reviews behave in the same way.
