When dealing with maintenance issues, a photo can speak a thousand words.
We understand how critical supporting documentation can be when describing the problem at hand, which is why we give you the ability to include documentation within the context of a maintenance ticket to provide all stakeholders with better visibility to the work at hand.
Follow these steps to add a file or photo to a maintenance ticket:
- Navigate to the Maintenance section from the left-hand menu.
- Select an existing maintenance ticket you’d like to update, or create new ticket.
- On the ticket screen, you can drag and drop photos or files directly from your computer, or select from previously uploaded files within ManageCasa.
- Once the files are uploaded and all necessary details are entered, click Update Ticket (for existing tickets) or Save (for new tickets).
