When dealing with maintenance issues, a photo can speak a thousand words.
We understand how critical supporting documentation can be when describing the problem at hand, which is why we give you the ability to include documentation within the context of a maintenance ticket to provide all stakeholders with better visibility to the work at hand.
Follow these steps to add a file or photo to a maintenance ticket:
- Navigate to Maintenance > Maintenance Overview
- Select the maintenance ticket that you'd like add a file or photo to, or create a new ticket altogether.
- On the request, scroll to the Description and Photos section
- In the Photos section, you can drag and drop photos or files directly from your laptop or select from items you have already uploaded to ManageCasa
