Sometimes you need to perform the same maintenance tasks over and over again. Creating a maintenance ticket that is set on a recurring schedule on ManageCasa is easy.
Create Recurring Maintenance Ticket
- Navigate to Maintenance from the left side menu. Click the Add Request button on the new screen.
- Fill in all the information for your maintenance task.
- Scroll down to the Recurring section. Flip the switch to ON and configure the frequency settings. You can set a start date, an end date, and a desired frequency.
- Click the Save button to submit the task.
Once you’ve set this up, you can find all of your recurring maintenance tickets in the Recurring Tab in the maintenance module. All users associated with the ticket will be notified each time the maintenance task is due depending on the frequency schedule you established.
