Sometimes you need to perform the same maintenance tasks over and over again. Creating a maintenance ticket that is set on a recurring schedule on ManageCasa is easy.
Create Recurring Maintenance Ticket
- Navigate to the Maintenance section from the left-hand menu.
- Click the Recurring tab.
- Select Create Recurring Ticket.
- Fill in all required details for your maintenance task, including:
- In Step 4, set the recurring schedule:
- Start date
- Frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly)
- End condition — choose from:
→ A specific end date
→ A set number of occurrences
→ until manually cancelled
- Once all the details are completed, click Create Ticket to save.
Once you’ve set this up, you can find all of your recurring maintenance tickets in the Recurring Tab in the maintenance module. All users associated with the ticket will be notified each time the maintenance task is due depending on the frequency schedule you established.
