Managing maintenance around your rental property is simple with ManageCasa. Here we describe how to create a maintenance request to indicate that something is in need of a fix on the property.
In a perfect world, the problem would be reported and then solved, no questions asked. But in reality, fixing issues around the house often require collaboration over multiple days or even weeks. Collaborating over email and phone can get confusing, so ManageCasa integrated a simple discussion platform into our application to make communicating easier.
Send message regarding maintenance ticket
- Navigate to Maintenance on the left side menu. Click the Maintenance tab on the top menu.
- In the table of maintenance tickets, locate the desired ticket and move to the right side of the table. On the same row as your desired ticket, click the "..." to open a small menu and select Edit.
- The page will load to display a detailed view of your ticket. Scroll to the bottom to see all the messages previously sent. There is a textbox for you to enter your message. You can also attach an image along with your message.
- Click Send to notify everyone.
