Managing maintenance around your rental property is simple with ManageCasa. Here we describe how to create a maintenance request to indicate that something is in need of a fix on the property.
In a perfect world, the problem would be reported and then solved, no questions asked. But in reality, fixing issues around the house often requires collaboration over multiple days or even weeks. Collaborating over email and phone can get confusing, so ManageCasa integrated a simple discussion platform into our application to make communicating easier.
- Navigate to Maintenance on the left side menu. Click the Maintenance tab on the top menu.
- In the table of maintenance tickets, locate the desired ticket and move to the right side of the table. There are two options in order to communicate a maintenance ticket.
On the same row as your desired ticket, click the "..." to open a small menu and select- Send Communication - This is to send or communicate the maintenance information if you have a Template

- New Message – Enter your message in the field provided. You can also attach an image to include with your message.
