Summer is in full swing and soon all the kids will be back in school. As we all wrap up our summer vacations, we're very pleased to be pushing out this latest release. While there aren't any new features, we're very happy with all the fixes and usability improvements that we've included. Read more below:
Usability improvements
- Added the ability to sort files by the column heading
- Updated the Invoice and Transaction list to show both the Association and the property name for better clarity
- Big update on all the filter dropdowns. This is to provide better usability in mobile web and better placement of pop-up windows for filtering
- Added the ability to filter properties when creating multiple invoices by outstanding and other parameters.
- Added property filter to the Property Owner and Tenant statement if they have multiple properties under ownership
- Added new filters in transaction list for amounts outstanding (starting and ending values)
- Added Association to the invoices Filter list
- Added the ability to bulk resend invoices to users from the invoices list.
Issues Fixed
- Fixed an issue with recurring calendar events so that they end on the correct date
- Fixed an issue where processing fees were not getting billed at the end of each month.
- Fixed an issue where in dynamic columns when removed from a report were not being removed for PDF and Excel downloads
- Updated the privileges for account holders to delete any file in their account, including ones created by property owners and tenants
- Added Credit balance to AR and AP report so that it will match the balance statement (when credits have been applied to AR)
- Fixed an issue where bulk tagging files were not getting updated correctly
- Fixed an issue with bulk deleting of files
- Removed the category list in the Tenant and Property Owner Recurring Payment setup flow
- Fixed an issue where the assigned to was not being saved to the task when created from Tickets.
- Added Fix that will allow users to skip the package number when entering a new package in the app.
