Spring has sprung, and if you're in California, it seems like we're well into summer these days. There are no lazy days here at ManageCasa. We've been busy working on a number of improvements and updates to our systems. This release is all about Property Management Terms and ManageCasa University.
We have updated the Property Management Terms UI and improved a number of flows. We now create separate file folders for each property agreement. This is where you can store files that are specific for the owners. We also create a folder that will automatically shared with the Owners to make it easier for you to share files, pictures and owner statements with your owners. We have also improved the statement to show more information and to clean up the data that you share with your owners.
With ManageCasa University we're updating all the existing videos and creating new ones for your account and for Tenants and Owners that are specifically tailored for each different account type we have. We're super excited about the updates and our content team will be fill up the university with many more videos over time. Videos are a great way to learn about the product, and We're excited about having these available for you and your Tenants/Owners.
Fixes:
- Updated the format of the Property Management Statement Report
- We have temporarily removed the ability to use ManageCasa to pay out expenses. We are currently working on a replacement solution, but in the mean time, we have turned this off and apologize for any inconvience.
- Created new Aging report for Expenses
- Fixed an issue where some files were not available for the ManageCasa Website tool
- FIxed an issue where property owners were not able to download Architecture Review Base files
- Updated the contact ledger report to include credits and other transactions for multiple people when they share transactions
- Fixed an issue where changes to custom emails sometimes where not saved.
- Updated some tools for Support Agents
- Fixed an issue where the bulk loader was finding archived properties by mistake
- Fixed an issue where the Excel download was not using currency and preferences correctly
- Added additional columns to the income and expense detail reports
- Fixed an issue with contact ledger showing the wrong date for certain timezones.
- Fixed an issue with access groups and shared association folders
- Added additional updated to evoting to allow admins to change questions even after the vote was published.
- Updated the quick-action menu with more choices
- Updated the missing pages and error pages with Minii AI as the graphic
- Updated Maintenance to show images when updating images.
- Updated and added new filters to the Rent Roll Report
