While your main ManageCasa Dashboard gives you quick access to daily tasks, the "More Features" section acts as your extended toolbox. It contains essential tools for advanced operations, customization, and account management.

Whether you need deeper financial reporting, system controls, or marketing tools, this section provides the flexibility and control to manage your properties and associations more efficiently.

How to Access "More Features"

Log into your ManageCasa account and click on More Features located in the left-hand navigation menu of your Dashboard.

What’s Included in "More Features"?

Property Section

For Property Managers, this tab contains the core documents and processes needed to manage tenants and properties:

• Lease Agreements – Manage and review active leases.
• Property Management Terms – Set and review your management terms.
• Listings – Manage available property listings.
• Applications – Review and process incoming rental applications.

Financial Section

The Finances tab provides advanced control over accounting, billing, and tax requirements:

• Charges – View and pay outstanding bills.
• Payouts – Track pending income transactions (ePayments).
• Budgets – Create and manage financial budgets.
• Allotments – Split transactions using allotment definitions.
• IRS Tax Forms – Generate and send IRS 1099 forms.

Emails & Marketing Section

Manage outreach and communication with contacts:

• Customer Marketing Website – Build and manage a branded website (add-on).
