Release Notes - May 25th, 2022

There has been lots going on since the last release. This release has a number of long awaited features and bug fixes.  This release is focused mostly on new payment flows, but we were able to sneak in some bug fixes.

Bug Fixes

• Updated widgets to show correct lease amounts to make it clearer to tenants 

• Updates dashboard to show when a security deposit is in the open balance 

• Fixed a bug around showing properties and leases for new tenants 

• updated timeline messages 

• Removed Charges for Property Managers in the Manage → Charges section. They can only pay charges in accounting

• Added GL codes to reports

• Fixed updates to Account Users in the Backend 

• Removed the ability to delete payment methods for customers under contract 

• Fixed flows around adding board members and property owners. Will create accounts for users 

• Fixed support ticket creation in Zendesk  from the app

• GL report will update now when transaction is updated

• Fixed an error when updating custom fields

• Fixed Property Filter for certain searches 

• Fixed Typo in app 

• Fixed issue around Property Owner payout limits

Feature Updates

• Added new endpoint to download budgetsfrom budget page

• Added Ability to Pay owners directly by setting up their own custom bank accounts:

  • Improved flows around creating bank accounts and recording information for 1099s in the future

  • Improved views around Bank accounts and how to edit them

  • Updated PMT reports to show the correct information depending on how the money is flowing between accounts

  • Updated reports to exclude numbers in reports when the money goes directly to owners

  • Fixed a number of payment flows both epayment and non-epayment flows around this

• Added ability to update tax_id in personal settings

Infrastructure Updates

• Updated all the automated testing to be more comprehensive and to use the latest testing software for scalability

• Updated all the programming components to the latest versions
